Job summary

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a Landscaper to perform routine landscape maintenance for commercial properties in Las Vegas, NV. The role requires hands-on experience with landscape equipment and the ability to work well within a team to maintain high-quality site appearance.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, debris cleanup, and basic irrigation repairs. A clean MVR is required; physical work is involved, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• . Minimum 3 years of verifiable landscape maintenance experience.
• . Proficient in the use of mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment.
• . Basic irrigation repair knowledge.
• . Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and debris cleanup.
• Operate landscape equipment such as mowers, line trimmers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and riding lawn equipment.
• Assist with basic irrigation repairs including head replacement and minor line repairs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all job sites.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding site conditions or repair needs.
