Job summary

RK Industries is seeking motivated individuals for an entry‑level pipefitting role. No prior pipefitting experience is required, and you’ll learn hands‑on skills by supporting crews, loading materials, preparing work areas, and maintaining clean, organized jobsites.

You will follow established procedures, work safely, participate in safety training (OSHA 10, site orientations), and have the chance to grow through RK University and our apprenticeship program.

This is an entry‑level role. Previous trade experience is welcome, but not required.

Safety Comes First

Every RK employee is responsible for working safely and is empowered to stop work when an unsafe condition is present. You’ll be expected to report hazards to your supervisor, follow company policies, and complete required safety training and orientations, including applicable site or shop orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, hazard identification and reporting, and OSHA 10.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands‑on role. You must be able to work indoors and outdoors, including in dusty, noisy, and potentially hazardous areas; work at heights or in tight or confined spaces; climb, balance, squat, kneel, and crouch; and work in varying weather conditions. The position may require lifting and carrying 51–75 pounds occasionally, exerting 31–45 pounds of force frequently, and exerting 16–22 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
