Join Western Specialty Contractors as a Skilled Laborer in San Antonio, TX!

Come work for America's Master Craftsmen in Restoration and Preservation! Western Specialty Contractors is seeking self-motivated, top-notch individuals to serve our customers as a Skilled Laborer at our San Antonio, TX branch. If you have a strong work ethic and a personality focused on customer satisfaction, we would love to meet you!

As part of the branch production team, you will be responsible for performing work within your designated area according to accepted craft standards. Experienced skilled laborers are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities include:

• Masons and Tuckpointers: Brick replacement, lintel replacement, mortar removal and replacement, stone repair
• Waterproofers: Below grade and building envelope waterproofing, pedestrian and vehicular coatings
• Caulkers: Sealant removal and replacement around windows, glass glazing, window perimeters, control joints, and expansion joints
• Concrete Journeymen: Concrete repair, patches on horizontal and vertical surfaces, epoxy and urethane injection, carbon fiber reinforcement, grout pocket patching, post-tension repairs, sealing
• Open to both experienced and non-experienced laborers

Compensation:

$25-$29 per hour

Requirements:

• Experience in a trade or craft preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math to understand safety policies and instructions
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights and in extreme temperatures
• Ability to wear safety equipment and work safely in hazardous conditions
• Must have own hand tools of the trade
• Willing to work weekends, nights, out of town, and at heights
• Reliable transportation

Benefits:
