Job summary

Kokosing is seeking reliable Skilled Laborers for Immediate openings in Wallops Island, VA. Work on diverse construction projects, transitioning between tasks as demands require, under supervision as needed.

Responsibilities include traffic control, concrete work, tool handling, and assisting with measurements and assembly. Prior relevant experience preferred; willing to learn and stay safety-compliant on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training.
• Preferred experience with structural steel, bridge/utility/road work.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Drive work trucks as needed.
• Perform maintenance of traffic and flagging.
• Assist with measuring distances from grade stakes and laying out lines.
• Bolt, nail, and align forms; mix and finish concrete.
• Assist with erecting scaffolding and installing pipes.
• Perform site housekeeping and safety checks.
