Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Skilled Laborers to join our core crew in Sparks, Nevada. In this role, you will work alongside carpenters and concrete finishers on telecommunications structures, gaining valuable field experience in a fast‑paced construction environment.

The position requires travel throughout Nevada and other states, alongside routine job site responsibilities, such as assisting with construction activities and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction or residential building projects.
• Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job Summary

We are seeking Skilled Laborers to join our core crew as we grow our team. In this role, you will work alongside carpenters and concrete finishers to construct telecommunications structures, gaining valuable field experience in a fast‑paced construction environment where quality, teamwork, and safety are top priorities.

Travel is required every four weeks throughout Nevada and surrounding states, providing the opportunity to work in diverse locations and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction of telecommunications shelters and related infrastructure
• Assist in the installation of concrete formwork
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to support construction activities
• Support site preparation activities and general maintenance
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and site requirements

Qualifications

• Current OSHA 10 certificate or willingness to obtain it shortly after hire
• Prior experience in construction or residential building projects
• Experience providing support to carpenters and concrete finishers preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a team player
• Knowledge of hand and power tools is preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm (8 hours per day), overtime rates after 40 hours per week
• Potential overtime hours may be required per project requirements
