Job summary

The Systems Group is seeking a motivated Skilled Helper for our Crawfordsville, IN location. You will support day-to-day plant tasks, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with lifting and securing materials on a daily shift schedule.

Candidates should have prior industrial experience and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen; OSHA-compliant boots are required with company-provided allowance. This role emphasizes teamwork and safety in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous skilled helper experience in an industrial setting preferred.
• OSHA-approved Met-Guard boots with annual company allowance.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Clean work area.
• Restock supplies and materials.
• Assist with lifting, positioning, and securing of materials and workpieces.
• Disassemble and remove damaged materials from the work area.
• Assist journeyman employees with task-related wot pipefitting or welding.
• Use power tools when applicable.

Location: Nucor Shutdown – Crawfordsville, IN

Pay: $26/Hour $130/Day Per Diem

Hours: 12Hours/ Day Duration of 13 Days
