Job summary

Tampa Standard LLC in the Tampa Bay Area is seeking an Experienced Handyman to join our residential property crew. You will perform demolition, trim carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical tasks across multiple sites.

Must have reliable vehicle, basic hand and power tools, and the ability to work with others and solve problems. We pay top dollar based on skill and experience, with bi-weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction tasks listed.
• Ability to work with others and independently.
• Reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Demolition work.
• Trim carpentry including interior/exterior door installation and baseboards.
• Touch up painting and drywall repairs.
• Plumbing and electrical fixture installations.
• Pressure washing and minor landscaping.
• Complete punch-list items and site cleanup.
