Ace Handyman Services in Middle Tennessee is seeking a skilled Handyman with experience across multiple trades. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality repairs with emphasis on plumbing, electrical, tile, carpentry, drywall, and painting, while delivering excellent customer service.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule, no weekend work, local franchise support backed by Ace Hardware, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of handyman experience.
• Own truck or van and tools.
• Strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication skills with management, office staff, homeowners, suppliers, and customers.
• Presentable, clean-cut appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of quality handyman repairs with emphasis on plumbing and electrical.
• Carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks.
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and professional manner.
• Communicate with customers about potential repairs or additional services the company can provide.

Good overall knowledge of multiple trades, including:

• Plumbing
• Tile
• Electrical

• Ability to identify and use proper equipment for various tasks (not required to own every tool, but must know what is needed)
