Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in multiple trades.
• Have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own a truck or van.
• Experience providing estimates (time/money) for jobs and billing is highly preferred.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Be able to become OSHA 10 Certified within 90 days of employment.
• Own your own tools.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with technology; Service Titan a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Execute precise workmanship across wood, metal, ceramics, or textiles per project.
• Choose appropriate materials based on properties, durability and aesthetics to meet requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools and maintain them in good condition.
• Maintain a 4.5-star average from customer reviews by delivering excellent service.
