Responsibilities

• Remove damaged materials such as drywall, flooring, and other structural components.
• Perform water extraction and structural drying.
• Use a variety of power tools and equipment to restore and clean properties.
• Skilled/experienced in driving heavy equipment (scissor lifts, boom lifts, etc.).
• Ability to demo/cut walls properly.
• Ability to read/execute job scope.
• Post Construction Clean (General Cleaning).
