A local residential remodeler in Sioux Falls is seeking skilled carpenters for full-time positions. Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in both interior and exterior carpentry. Boulder Creek Custom Homes LLC is a residential remodeler working primarily in the Sioux Falls area. We are currently looking to fill positions with people with interior and exterior carpentry skills. Experience is preferred with 3 plus years in the industry. We offer a good working environment with room to grow, competitive pay, year around work and health insurance reimbursement, PTO. Looking to fill 2 positions at $20-25/hr DOE.

Job Duties

• Install siding, sofit & facia, windows.
• Install cabinets, trim, woodflooring.
• Construct decks, garage additions, 4 season rooms.
• Do punch lists behind other subcontractor crews.

Job Requirements

Full time work, 40 to 50 hours a week, very little weekend work (2 to 3 times a year). Valid driver license, clean record, ability to work with in a team, ability to build relations with clients and provide a positive experience for them and our team members.
