Job summary

You will follow safety standards, operate forklifts, count accurately, and work with the warehouse team to keep orders moving efficiently. Training is provided for new staff. This shift runs 10:30am–7pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse/food distribution environment; beverage industry.
• Strong internal customer service skills.
• Ability to count accurately, read/write load sheets, and perform basic math.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack; obtain forklift license.
• Multitask and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Builds pallets of product accurately by identifying location and quantity on build sheets.
• Uses forklift to load pallets into truck bays as requested.
• Follows OSHA and safety requirements; wears PPE; complies with standards.
• Stacks products to ensure pallet stability and safety.
• Communicates status with supervisor and team; resolves issues with daily assignments.
• Completes safety checklists and required paperwork.
• Works overtime as needed; maintains cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Notifies restocker of stock outages for replenishment.
• Moves and parks trucks to maintain loading efficiency.
• Trains new employees on Enhanced Forklift Operator duties.
