Job summary

Tellworks Logistics seeks a Warehouse Associate to move packages and materials using a forklift with strong attention to detail. You will operate forklifts around warehouses, loading/unloading freight, locating stock, and maintaining safety and accuracy in records.

Reliable attendance, basic math, and the ability to read freight codes are essential. Experience with forklift operations and warehouse procedures is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding.
• Ability to lift/move cartons up to 60 pounds.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Basic mathematics skills required.
• Background checks, clearances and/or drug tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload inbound and/or outbound freight from trailers/containers.
• Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Transport raw materials to production workstations.
• Inspect machinery and perform basic safety checks and maintenance.
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs.
• Comply with company policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
