Job Description

Adrenalin Attractions is seeking Skilled Fabrication Metalworker to join our team of experienced professionals. This role focuses on metal fabrication, including welding (MIG, TIG, and Stick), assembly, and working with a variety of metal tools and techniques. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in metalworking, knowledge of fabrication certifications, and proficiency with tools such as CNC plasma cutters, lathes, and mills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to comply with documentation protocols and company procedures are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality metal fabrication, including welding with MIG, TIG, and Stick processes.
• Assemble and fabricate metal components with precision, following project specifications.
• Operate a variety of metalworking tools, such as CNC plasma cutters, mills, lathes, and saws.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project leads and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Accurately input data into the company CRM and project management software, Monday.com, to track progress and manage project-specific documentation.
• Comply with company procedures, quality assurance protocols, and fabrication standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during assembly and fabrication processes.
• Ensure work meets industry standards and certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in metal fabrication and welding, with proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• AWS D1.1 Welder Qualification for materials ranging from 3/8 inch to 3/4 inch thickness and other AWS Certified Welder (CW) or Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
• Strong familiarity with metalworking tools and machinery, including CNC plasma cutters and mills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation accurately.
• Experience with data entry and using project management software, such as Monday.com.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale fabrication projects or custom builds.
• Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties in fabrication.
• Familiarity with themed entertainment or experiential fabrication projects.
• Advanced welding certifications or specialized training in metal fabrication techniques.
