Job summary

Precision Cabinets is seeking a full-time Custom Cabinet Builder to join our Production team in Brentwood, CA. You will build high-quality cabinetry per engineering drawings and specs, contributing to craftsmanship and timely project completion.

The role requires 5+ years of cabinet assembly experience, the ability to read blueprints, operate tools safely, and lift heavy items. Overtime, including Saturdays, may be required in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cabinet assembly or related production.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics.
• Proficient with precision measurement and tooling.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and team-lift 100+ pounds.
• Excellent English communication and safety compliance.
• Willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.
• Excellent problem-solving and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed blueprints, schematics and proficiency at reading Cabnetware and Cabinet Vision drawings.
• Create accurate cut lists using woodworking knowledge and precision measuring techniques.
• Cut, assemble and finish components to produce high-quality custom cabinetry.
• Cross-train and provide support to other departments, as needed.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols.
