Precision Cabinets is seeking a full-time Custom Cabinet Builder to join our Production team in California. You will build high-quality cabinetry according to engineering drawings and production specs, contributing to timely project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of cabinet assembly experience, proficiency reading blueprints, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cabinet assembly experience required, preferably in custom production.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical drawings.
• Proficient in precision measurement and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and team-lift 100+ pounds.
• English communication to perform tasks, follow instructions, and document work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret detailed blueprints and drawings to guide fabrication.
• Create accurate cut lists using woodworking knowledge and precise measurements.
• Cut, assemble and finish components to produce high-quality cabinetry.
• Cross-train and provide support to other departments as needed.
• Operate tools safely and follow all safety protocols.
