Principal Duties / Essential Functions:
  • Support operational standards and Health Department regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas and equipment.
  • Produce menu items to standard, following recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain resource quality, prevent loss, and reduce waste.
  • Assist with product and process refinement and new product research and development.
