Schultz Construction in the Capital Region and surrounding areas is seeking skilled tradespeople including heavy equipment operators, laborers, pipelayers and carpenters to join our growing team. We value safety, teamwork, and top workmanship on challenging infrastructure projects.

You’ll work on diverse sites, apply your tool skills, and advance your career with mentors and structured training while contributing to community-building projects.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Hour certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area.
• Experience with excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, or form carpentry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on diverse infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Mechanical skills and experience with excavation, site work, pipe laying, concrete, process piping, or form carpentry is preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour certification required
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel to jobs within our market area
