Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, including clearing and leveling areas for construction or landscaping projects
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision
• Support the installation of outdoor features such as patios, walkways, driveways, and drainage systems
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment necessary for daily tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met with quality workmanship
• Maintain a clean and organized work site to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor roles is preferred
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsKnowledge of safety procedures related to construction sites
