Job summary

Penhall Company is seeking an Experienced Concrete Cutter to join our nationwide team. You will perform concrete demolition, cutting, sawing, and drilling using wall saws, core drills, wire saws, and other equipment while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work in varied conditions. We offer a competitive compensation package and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 with onboarding support.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in concrete cutting and related services.
• Ability to operate wall saws, slab saws, core drills, wire saws, hand saws, and other equipment with safety and precision.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer service.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete demolition tasks including cutting, sawing, core drilling, and removing concrete with specified equipment.
• Inspect and maintain equipment, ensuring safe operation and cleanliness.
• Enter and track hours and notes using a tablet or phone app.
• Mentor and support trainees to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies; coordinate tasks with team members.
• Work in varying environmental conditions while maintaining productivity and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
