Bring your own tools and be prepared for full-time hours, including potential overtime. Ideal candidates have construction experience, can read blueprints, and demonstrate punctuality and accountability.

Qualifications

• Basic hand tools and power tools required.
• able to work 40 hour weeks, OT if needed.
• Strong references to support work history.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision.
• Frame walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and partitions according to specifications.
• Install windows, doors, cabinets, trim, and other finish components.
• Perform layout and install structural components using proper tools and methods.
• Safely use and maintain power tools and hand tools (saws, drills, nail guns, levels, etc.).
• Collaborate with other trades and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Assist carpenters and other trades with setup and ongoing construction tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment on job sites.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas by removing debris and hazards.

• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow all site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties as directed.
