Paint of WNY in Buffalo is seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter to drive carpentry and painting projects on-site, ensuring precision and top quality.

You will assess sites, provide estimates, and uphold safety protocols while supporting the paint crew. This role includes training apprentices and delivering client satisfaction with professional workmanship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential/commercial carpentry and painting experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Expertise in carpentry and painting techniques and equipment.
• Valid driver''s license
