RR AND COMPANY REALTY LLC is seeking a qualified Carpenter to cut, fabricate, and install various structures according to specifications. The ideal candidate will exhibit dexterity and attention to detail while working autonomously and adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, taking measurements, building frames, laying flooring, and conducting repairs. A high school diploma and completion of an apprenticeship are required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and sketches to grasp requirements.
• Take measurements and calculate needed materials.
• Cut, shape, and smooth lumber according to measurements.
• Build window frames, doors, and frame buildings.
• Lay out flooring and ensure they are leveled.
• Carve and assemble furniture and install them.
• Inspect places and conduct repairs.
• Build scaffolding and other construction structures.

Skills

Proven experience as carpenter

Hands-on experience with carpentry materials

Understanding of carpentry techniques

Proficient with measurement tools

Ability to read technical documents

Willingness to follow safety guidelines

Good knowledge of English

Basic math skills

Good physical condition and endurance

Education

High school diploma

Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program
