Cabinet IQ of Charlotte is seeking an experienced cabinet installer to join our subcontractor network in the Charlotte metro. We provide materials, customers, and a pipeline of work; you provide craftsmanship and reliability for multiple weekly installs.

This 1099 contractor role offers consistent projects, with potential for future full-time employment as our volume grows, and a professionally organized operation with on-time materials delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on cabinet installation experience in kitchens and baths.
• Ability to read layouts, floor plans and design drawings.
• Own tools and reliable transportation to job sites around Charlotte.
• General liability insurance or willingness to obtain it.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality installations.
• Dependable, communicative and professional on-site with homeowners and builders.

Responsibilities

• Install cabinetry in residential homes (new construction and remodels).
• Meet Cabinet IQ quality standards and manufacturer specs.
• Perform field measurements prior to cabinet orders.
• Complete punch lists and touch-ups for homeowner satisfaction.
• Communicate with operations on scheduling and status.
• Conduct quality walks and resolve items promptly.
• Maintain a clean, professional job site.
