Five Star Bath Solutions of Southeastern New England seeks an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our team. You will install showers, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, and toilets, including tile work and plumbing, to meet project plans and customer specs.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of bathroom installation experience, with strong walk-in shower, plumbing, and fixture installation skills. A valid Massachusetts CSL and reliable transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of bathroom/home installation experience.
• Experience with full bathroom renovations and smaller projects is a plus.
• Strong expertise in walk-in shower installation, cutting, grouting, and sealing.
• Solid plumbing skills for sinks, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.

Responsibilities

• Install showers, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, toilets and other fixtures per plan and specs.
• Perform tile work and ensure precise finishes; manage water systems for sinks and showers.
• Adhere to building codes, company standards and customer expectations; ensure safety and quality.

We’re expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Bathroom Installer to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Bathroom Installation:

Install showers, bathtubs, vanities, sinks, toilets, and other bathroom fixtures according to project plans and customer specifications.

Perform installations, including floor and wall tiles, ensuring precision and high-quality finishes.

Install water systems, ensuring proper plumbing for sinks, tubs, and showers.

Safety & Quality Control:

Ensure all installations meet building codes, company standards, and customer expectations.

Inspect work for quality and adherence to safety standards before completing a job.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in bathroom or home installation, with expertise in various areas such as tile work, plumbing, carpentry, and fixture installation.

Experience with both full bathroom renovations and smaller projects is a plus.

Skills:

Strong expertise in walk-in shower installation, including cutting, grouting, and sealing.

Solid plumbing skills, especially for installing faucets, showers, bathtubs, and toilets.

Knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques used in bathroom renovations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.

Ability to work in confined or challenging spaces, such as tight bathroom areas.

License & Certifications:

Reliable transportation.

Must hold an active Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL)

Certification or training in specialized areas (e.g., tile work, plumbing, painting, flooring, etc) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:

Primarily weekday day and evening shifts; weekend availability required as needed.
