Job summary

Guest Services is seeking a Bartender to serve beverages to guests in a fast, courteous, and efficient manner at our Florida location. You will ensure correct billing, provide excellent service, and mix drinks for guests over 21 as required by law.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include anticipating guest needs, taking orders from the bar or servers, maintaining bar stock, handling payments, verifying IDs, and keeping equipment clean and in good working order while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred or equivalent.
• Strong math skills to handle payments and recipes.
• Excellent sanitation habits.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to communicate with guests with high service standards.
• Able to pass cash handling and TIPS training.
• Recognizes problems and reports to management promptly.

Responsibilities

• Fill drink and food orders from patrons at the bar or via servers.
• Pour, mix, and serve beverages per standard recipes.
• Maintain bar inventory and supplies (liquor, garnishes, glassware).
• Take payments from customers and process transactions.
• Check IDs for alcohol service.
• Clean bar equipment and ensure equipment works properly.
• Maintain safety and report issues to management.
