Napleton Kia of Fishers is seeking an Automotive Technician-Skilled to perform maintenance per dealer and factory standards and to build customer loyalty through trusted vehicle care. The role is located at Napleton Kia of Fishers with opportunities for growth within Ed Napleton Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech, or technician assistant.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspection.
• Check oil level and communicate with teammates.
• Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation.
• Perform wheel alignments.
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary.
• Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter.
• Lubricate fittings as needed.
• Clean and replace batteries.
• Replace or repair exhaust system.
• Remove and reinstall brake drums/shoes.
• Replace radiators.
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment.
• Ensure service center remains clean and presentable.
