AutoNation, America’s largest automotive retailer, is seeking a skilled Service Technician in Ohio to perform vehicle repair and maintenance in line with dealer and factory standards. You will communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and keep customers informed.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, automotive training, and 2+ years of experience. A valid in-state license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Requires automotive technical training or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance per repair order following dealer and factory standards.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by the customer.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and recommend safety/reliability improvements.
• Document all work on the repair order and maintain tool inventory for the service department.
