Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Assembler in Englewood, OH to build products using hand tools and follow detailed work instructions. The role supports efficient production and quality outcomes with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; IPC soldering experience is a plus. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role with opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand basic English required.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
• Soldering experience on cable assemblies or circuit boards is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret prints, drawings, and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and equipment, positioning parts with templates, work instructions, or measurement tools.
• Inspect and verify specifications by measuring completed components, and perform sub-assembly operations according to established procedures.
• Maintain workmanship standards, quality requirements, and material handling procedures.
• Complete production documentation accurately, and work according to production schedules and performance standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards, and contribute to team objectives and other production tasks as needed.
