Power Home Remodeling is offering a DoW SkillBridge program designed to place transitioning service members into full-time roles across Revenue, Operations and Craftsman Academy. The program runs 2–4 months with a dedicated Pathways team and leadership support, and includes a sign-on bonus upon completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SkillBridge program across multiple departments within Power Home Remodeling.
• Engage with Revenue: Customer Development and Sales to learn the business of the business.
• Support Operations: logistics, project production and installation management teams to deliver a 5-star homeowner experience.
• Contribute to Craftsman Academy initiatives to train transitioning service members for installation crews.
