Job summary

Consolidated Sterilizer Systems in Billerica, MA is hiring a Crating & Stockroom Associate. The role focuses on building wooden skids and crates for autoclaves and loading them for shipment, with responsibilities in the stockroom.

The ideal candidate will have forklift certification, ERP experience, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. This is a permanent full-time position with first shift hours and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid

Qualifications

• Measuring, cutting and building wooden skids and crates for equipment
• Passing in-house forklift operator certification is required
• Basic computer skills with ERP experience preferred
• Follow shop safety procedures and quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle manual tasks

Responsibilities

• Build wooden skids and crates for large autoclaves using a nail gun, chop saw and hand tools
• Load crates onto trucks using forklift and pallet jack
• Conduct regular inspections/maintenance of forklift and pallet jack
• Monitor and order crating material to maintain stock
• Assist in the stockroom and cycle count inventory
• Perform other shop duties as assigned
