Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience operating skid steer, loader, or similar equipment.
• Experience in construction, site work, grading, or earthmoving preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus).

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer, front-end loader, and similar equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform material handling, loading/unloading, grading, and site cleanup.
• Assist with excavation, backfilling, and fine grading tasks.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Perform hands-on construction tasks including: shoveling, raking, and hand grading.
• Install erosion control measures and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Follow OSHA standards and participate in toolbox talks.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet production goals.
