Christy Sports in Breckenridge, CO is seeking a Repair Technician to tune skis and snowboards and perform repairs, ensuring guests hit the slopes with high-performance gear.

You'll sharpen edges, wax, mount, and drill equipment, communicate with guests, maintain safe workshop practices, and stay current with industry trends. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong ski or snowboard background and love for the sport.
• Self-motivated, able to multitask and detail oriented.
• Comfortable with POS systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service.
• Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option.
• Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
• Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely.
• Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
• Monitor inventory and stay on top of industry trends and technology.
• Support teammates and pitch in with other duties as needed.
