Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Park Administration, Business Administration or related field required.
• One year of leadership or supervisory experience; at least two seasons of professional alpine teaching experience preferred.
• Valid Minnesota Class D driver license; ability to operate cars and utility vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ski school operations and park activities to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Park District policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate staff, schedules, and resources for ski school and related programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Recreation and Park Administration, Business Administration or related field
