Buckman's Ski and Snowboard Shops in Whitehall is looking for motivated retail associates to join our daytime and nighttime teams across ski, snowboard, and counter roles. We welcome enthusiasts who share a passion for winter sports and excellent customer service.

Open shifts include daytime and nighttime positions, plus shipper duties on select weekdays and Saturdays. Buckman’s was founded in 1971 and remains a family-owned shop with a strong local presence and a team‑oriented culture.

Current needs at our WHITEHALL LOCATION:

• daytime ski associates
• daytime snowboard associates
• daytime counter associates
• nighttime ski associates
• nighttime snowboard associates
• nighttime counter associates
• nighttime shipper (weekdays 4pm-9pm)
• and a Saturday shipper (10am - 4pm)

Buckman's Ski and Snowboard Shops was founded in 1971 by Nancy and Jeff Buckman, who opened up our first shop in Perkiomenville, PA. Our local store soon earned its name as one of the area's best ski shops.

Buckman's continues to earn that reputation today. We've grown to seven retail stores and an easy-to-shop online store too, with more than 300 employees. We're also still a family-owned and operated business ' although Nancy and Jeff semi-retired in 2017, they passed the baton to their son Brad Buckman. Brad has worked in the shop since he was a teen and is just as passionate as his parents.

Our family loves skiing and hopes to provide the area's skiing, snowboarding and winter enthusiasts with the best products and gear available today.
