Job summary

Hyatt seeks a Part-Time Year Round Food & Beverage Server at The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, located in Park City, Utah near the Deer Valley ski resort. You will submit guest menu selections, present beverage and menu options, and build rapport with guests to enhance their dining experience.

The ideal candidate will know the menu, offer recommendations, and support restaurant prep and sanitation. Prior hospitality experience and basic alcohol-service certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Current alcohol server certification and/or food service permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage preferences.
• Gain menu knowledge and make recommendations.
• Engage in casual conversation to create the restaurant experience by your style and service attributes.
• Perform general restaurant preparation and maintain a sanitary environment.
