At Brundage, the mountain is our classroom. Mountain Sports School exists to develop people through mountain experiences, helping guests build the skills, confidence, and judgment to become more capable and independent mountain participants.

Mountain Sports School welcomes applicants at every stage of professional development, from first-time instructors entering the profession to experienced PSIA-AASI-certified instructors seeking continued growth and greater responsibility.

This seasonal position includes teaching assigned private, group, youth, adult, and multi-day lessons and supporting Mountain Sports School operations. Instructors participate in required orientation and training, with additional opportunities for professional development, certification support, mentorship, and expanded program responsibility.
