Job summary

Comcast Spectacor is seeking a Learn-to-Skate program coordinator to oversee operation, growth, registration and staffing, teaching skaters across classes. You will implement established procedures and ensure high quality customer service.

This role requires evening and weekend availability, managing part-time staff, collaborating with the ice rink manager on budgets and goals, and promoting the facility positively while maintaining regular attendance.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates new business including figure skating club, holiday shows, camps, clinics, competitions.
• Teach the U.S. Figure Skating curriculum to students and assigned classes in a fun and friendly manner.
• Provide great customer service and maximize the experience for the students.
• Manages part‑time staff, ensuring that facility's policies and procedures are being met.
• Work with ice rink manager on operating budgets and goals.
