SONIC Drive-In is seeking a Carhop who delivers products to guests with a smile, on roller skates when required, and helps keep the restaurant clean and safe.

You will take orders, carry trays up to 25 pounds, handle payments, respond to guest requests, and report issues to management while following company policies.

Flexible shifts include nights, weekends and holidays; a friendly, team-oriented applicant with basic math and communication skills fits best.

Qualifications

• General restaurant or retail knowledge is preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow directions and provide courteous service.
• Customer service and multi-tasking skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets operational, quality, and appearance standards before delivery to guests.
• Deliver product to guests by carrying trays weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Provide friendly, quick, and polite service to guests.
• Promptly respond to guest requests.
• Report customer complaints/issues to MOD.
• Assist guests with payment and make accurate change.
• Clear trays and trash from guests' vehicles, drive-thru, and parking areas.
• Comply with all company policies and sanitation standards.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties and maintain a tidy workstation.
• Maintain regular attendance.
