Job summary

Compass Health is seeking a skilled Program Supervisor to lead our Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT) in Skagit County. This leadership role combines clinical oversight with administrative duties to support crisis response across homes, schools, shelters and community settings.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, ensure regulatory and billing standards, collaborate with partners, and provide direct crisis services when needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field.
• WA licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC.
• 2+ years of clinical experience serving adults, children, and families.
• Supervisory and administrative experience preferred.
• WA State Approved Supervisor Training (or ability to complete prior to supervision).
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid WA Driver’s License, vehicle, and insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team.

• Ensure service delivery meets agency and regulatory standards.
• Monitor compliance with billing, documentation, and performance metrics.

Our MCOT team delivers crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization services in the community—homes, shelters, schools, and beyond. We partner closely with law enforcement, hospitals, and other community agencies to ensure rapid, recovery-oriented care that prioritizes safety and client empowerment.
