Job summary

Lands' End is seeking a size 6-8 Women's Fit Model to work with our Technical Design team to check fit and overall appearance of product design. You'll collaborate with product teams to ensure apparel meets fit, comfort, and aesthetics standards across our line, contributing to high-quality assortments in a creative environment.

The role is part-time with a flexible schedule on select days, offering an hourly rate of $30-$40 and eligibility for flexible part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in fashion fit or garment testing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be fit at our headquarters in Dodgeville, WI (preferably Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• Work 10-15 hours per week
• Stand for long periods of time
• Assist with all stages of product development
• Provide feedback on fit and comfort of clothing during fit sessions
• Demonstrate professionalism and good communication skills
