• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• CT State certification required: 015 (English 4-12), 215 (English, Middle School 4-8) or 305 (Elementary K-6)
• Strong ELA content knowledge required.
• Ability to collaborate with peers
• Encourage and engage students of all levels
• Communicate with students, families, and the community

Responsibilities

• Teach ELA to Grade 6 at Stonington Middle School.
• Collaborate with grade-level and department teams to plan instruction.
