Qualifications

• Based anywhere in the US with access to a major airport.
• Willing to be posted away from home for 1–3 months at a time.
• Comfortable with posting city/campus being assigned by Alpha.
• Bachelor's degree in any subject is required.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; coaching and youth leadership count.
• Able to describe a coached goal with actions and results.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in groups using analytics and weekly goals.
• Administer and score assessments to prove student progress.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each campus.
• Hand over progress details at the end of every posting.
