LifeSpan Home Improvements is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives for its bath conversion/remodel division. This full-time, outside sales role focuses on pre-qualified leads with no cold calling, delivering our proprietary presentation, and closing with homeowners seeking high-quality bath upgrades.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred in home improvement or bath remodeling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Public speaking confidence and poise on client sites.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable with own transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, iPad-based sales presentations to pre-qualified homeowners.
• Design custom bath solutions using proprietary iPad software.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Lifespan products, services, and pricing.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through lead management and closing techniques.
• Participate in bi-weekly sales training and team meetings.
• Occasionally attend weekend appointments or trade shows.
