• 2+ years of automotive service/repair experience is required.
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred to support advancement and quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair them in a timely manner.
• Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs.
• Explain mechanical problems and needed repairs to customers in non-technical terms.
