Nannies Who Care is seeking reliable, experienced sitters for flexible shifts with great families. We offer shifts that fit your schedule, including backup care, weddings, and summer childcare in safe homes. Pay starts at $16/hour for one child, plus $1/hour per additional child.

Bonuses and other incentives can raise rates to $17–$28.50/hour with a 4-hour minimum and same-day cancellation pay. Requirements include 1+ year childcare experience, valid ID, CPR/First Aid after interview,
