Job summary

Trusting Connections, LLC is seeking an attentive caregiver to support a 1 child (1 1/2 years) in Phoenix. The role requires a calm, reliable, and friendly presence to engage the toddler and assist with meals and naps.

The ideal candidate will follow the family's routines, provide gentle infant care, supervise play, and may help with light errands and laundry as part of a caring team.

Responsibilities

• Engage toddler in daily activities, assist with meals and nap times.
• Provide infant care including feeding, diapering, soothing, and age-appropriate activities.
• Follow the family's Care Guide to support child well-being and development.
• Create/play activities and may transport children to local activities when needed.
• Assist with errands, family meals, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, and laundry as requested.

Compensation:$18 an hour+ $20 gas stipend per shift

Job Duties Include:

• Family Requests: Engage toddler in daily activities, help with meal time and nap time. Assist with family laundry and create a playful environment. Help reinforce suggestions from feeding therapist and help with motor and social skills.
• Infant Care:Providing specialized care for infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and implementing age-appropriate developmental activities.
• Childcare Excellence: Implementing the family's provided Care Guide to ensure the well-being and development of the children including preparing meals and snacks, following the family’s nap/sleep schedules, etc.
• Engaging Activities: Creating and organizing play activities, as well as potentially transporting children to local enriching activities.
• Client Support: Fulfilling additional tasks as requested by the client, which may include errands, family meal preparation, grocery shopping, organizing, family laundry, and light housekeeping duties focused on the family and children.
