I need a sitter for occasional help in late afternoons and possible evenings. My son is 18 years old and has Down Syndrome and is Autistic. He would need assistance with changing and with food. I would need someone who is somewhat strong able to help him with needs such as diaper changes and feeding. Possible needs from school pick up and bring home.
