Duration: 12 Months

• The Sitework Designer 2/3 position requires 5-10 years of related experience and a technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Producing 3D models and design drawings for sitework grading and drainage, preparing layouts and conceptual designs, reviewing vendor drawings, and preparing material takeoffs and assist with cost estimates.

Skillsets & Expertise

• Knowledge of using AutoCAD, 3D modeling experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations such as Ga-EPD, ADEM, MDEQ, and Florida DEP, and the ability to build effective relationships with plant staff, design engineering staff and/or vendors.
