Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Milwaukee seeks a Sitecore Technical Lead to steer complex XM Cloud projects, guide the development team, and ensure technical excellence across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will design scalable Sitecore solutions, coordinate with offshore and onsite teams, and communicate with clients on requirements, status, and milestones.

The role requires 5+ years with Sitecore, strong ASP.NET / MVC expertise, and a proven track record as technical lead on upgrades or

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Sitecore experience.
2+ years headless SXA on XM Cloud.
Experience with GraphQL, Next.js, React.
Sitecore JSS & SXA modules, Helix.
Lead technical guidance for XM cloud issues.
Sitecore Search and Personalization experience.
Sitecore versions 9.x–10.x, MVC & Helix.
Sitecore hosted on Azure or AWS.
1 year of ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC development.
Technical Lead on Sitecore implementations/upgrades/migrations.
Experience with Agile and DevOps.
Client communication on requirements/solutions.
Sitecore Certification on XM Cloud (SitecoreAI).
CI/CD pipelines for Sitecore XM Cloud, Vercel.

Responsibilities

Work as Sitecore Tech Lead for any project.
Create designs and resolve technical issues faced by the team.
Communicate effectively with clients for requirements, status reporting, etc.
Co‑ordinate with offshore and onsite teams for clarifications and issue resolution
